CHEESE CAKE DESSERT CUP
A cheese cake dessert cups are always served in shot glasses. A thick consistency dessert with a simple base of a crust with graham crackers and a creamy cream cheese filling and finishes it off with a favorite topping as per your liking.
INGREDIENTS
Gram Cracker Crust
½ cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
2 ½ tablespoons butter melted.
Cheesecake
16 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup of sour cream
1 ½ cup heavy cream
Whipped cream cherry pie filling, or any topping of your preference
You will need 24 shot glasses of 2 oz
PREPARATION METHOD
- Place cream cheese in a large bowl and beat it till smooth.
- Gradually add sugar and mix till well combined.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and lemon juice and add in the sour cream.
- Pour the heavy cream into a separate bowl and mix until stiff peaks.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling into a bottle or Ziploc bag and fill it into a the shot glasses evenly.
- Serve with your favourite toppings
