For your peace of mind, all items purchased on i-rewardshop.com website are guaranteed with manufacturers warranty.
You are entitled to a warranty when an item shows damage or a defect within the warranty period. If you are entitled to warranty, i-rewardshop.com, as the supplier, will (partially) reimburse, replace, or repair the item. Wear and tear, incorrect or intensive use, and user damage are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty period
Each product has a certain warranty period. This period depends on the function of the product, its expected service life, and quality. We always use the supplier’s warranty period for products. For certain products we will offer extended i-rewardshop.com warranty for a premium service which can be purchased upon ordering the products.
All warranty starts from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace your product, according to our returns and exchange conditions. A manufacturing defect is defined as any fault in the product’s materials or workmanship, which is present at time of receipt.
The following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, these are examples and not limited to:
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- General product misuse/abuse
- Any product not used or maintained in accordance with the Care & Use Instructions
- Any product which has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Incentives Group
- Staining caused by foods with strong colourants, such as turmeric, tomatoes etc.
- Melting caused by overheating
Warranty request
As an i-rewardshop.com customer, you must assess whether the cause of the defect/damage is covered by warranty. Then you need to send the warranty request to us via e-mail ([email protected]). In case of a warranty request, always send us the invoice number, the item name, the serial number if applicable and a clear description of the problem, the way in which the damage was caused, and visual evidence (photo and video if necessary) of the item or part on which the problem is clearly visible. If it is covered by the warranty, we will solve this by means of compensation, replacement, or repair. The compensation or replacement depends on the damage and the part that is damaged.
Before any refund or replacement can be given, we may require you to return the faulty product for inspection. As there are occasions where it may not be necessary to send the product back, please contact us before returning any items. In many cases, we may simply ask for photographs of the product fault. Please see our returns and exchanges section for the process of returning your items.
If you are required to return the product, please make sure you package your products adequately to prevent damage. We do not accept liability for returned packages which are damaged during transit.
Your warranty is only valid if you have a valid proof of purchase. If the item was not purchased directly from the Incentives Group website, please contact the retailer which the product was purchased from for returns, exchanges and refunds.
