Wear and tear, incorrect or intensive use, and user damage are not covered by the warranty.<\/p><h4>Warranty period\u00a0<\/h4><p>Each product has a certain warranty period. This period depends on the function of the product, its expected service life, and quality. We always use the supplier\u2019s warranty period for products. For\u00a0certain products we will offer extended i-rewardshop.com warranty for a\u00a0premium service\u00a0which can be purchased\u00a0upon ordering the\u00a0products.\u00a0<\/p><p>All warranty starts from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Then you need to send the warranty request to us via e-mail (<a href=\"mailto:support@i-rewardshop.com\"><b>support@i-rewardshop.com<\/b><\/a>). In case of a warranty request, always send us the invoice number, the item name, the serial number if applicable and a clear description of the problem, the way in which the damage was caused, and visual evidence (photo and video if necessary) of the item or part on which the problem is clearly visible. If it is covered by the warranty, we will solve this by means of compensation, replacement, or repair. The compensation or replacement depends on the damage and the part that is damaged.<\/p><p>Before any refund or replacement can be given, we may require you to return the faulty product for inspection. As there are occasions where it may not be necessary to send the product back, please contact us before returning any items. In many cases, we may simply ask for photographs of the product fault.
